Shipping scope, rates, and schedule

Orders from Levain Bakery are offered only for United States delivery. Available places appear during checkout, where any shipping price is disclosed before the transaction is completed; if complimentary shipping applies, checkout presents that benefit too.

Payment confirmation starts a 0-1 business-day preparation period. We process orders on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, except public holidays. Weekend or holiday purchases wait until the next business day, and Saturday/Sunday dispatch is unavailable.

Once the package is shipped, allow an estimated 3-5 business days for delivery. Adding preparation gives a normal overall range of 3-6 business days.

Address accuracy

Check every destination field before submitting the purchase. The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate address that can receive delivery; we are not responsible when an an address that is wrong, partial, or unable to receive delivery produces delay or failure. Notify us quickly if correction is needed. We will make a reasonable effort before shipment, but cannot guarantee modification after processing or dispatch.

Tracking, late arrivals, and missing deliveries

We send a shipment email containing tracking when that information exists. The carrier's system may take up to 24 hours after receipt to refresh. Weather, holidays, carrier issues, unusually high volume, or other conditions outside store control sometimes interrupt estimates. Contact us after the expected period so we can review the shipment. For a delivered scan with no parcel, look around the delivery site and contact the carrier; if the issue continues, ask our customer-care team for assistance.
